These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blitz Games mobile application ("App") operated by Desolate Ranch, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a mobile gaming application containing five games: ChromaDrop, Linx, GapShot, HexMerge, and WordBlitz. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The App offers optional in-app purchases including consumable items (lives, hints, mega packs) and auto-renewable subscriptions (Blitz Pass Monthly and Blitz Pass Annual).
Consumable items are one-time purchases that are used up during gameplay. Once consumed, they cannot be refunded or restored. Available consumable products include packs of extra lives, hints, and bundled mega packs.
Subscription benefits include: unlimited lives across all games, removal of all advertisements, daily bonus coins, exclusive themes and customization options, and early access to new games and features.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
How to Cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but allows you to continue using premium features until the end of your current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:
We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly, as all billing is handled by the platform stores.
We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time. Price changes for active subscriptions will be communicated in advance as required by Apple and Google policies. You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your subscription.
The App, including all games, artwork, code, text, logos, and other content, is owned by Desolate Ranch, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App does not currently support user-generated content, user accounts, or social features beyond the ability to share scores using your device's native share functionality. Shared scores contain only your score data and game identifiers; no personal information is included.
Free users of the App may be shown advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising settings unless you have opted out of personalized advertising on your device. Blitz Pass subscribers will not see any advertisements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desolate Ranch, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Desolate Ranch, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive any termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
